The build

Built for
air time.

In 2007, we constructed new studios for Corus Entertainment in Cornwall, moving them from their former Montreal Road location into the historic cotton mills along the St. Lawrence River — over 7,000 square feet of broadcast space.

The studios were designed to keep the mill's history in plain sight: original brick walls and heavy timber columns run right through the modern radio facility. Building technical broadcast space inside a century-old industrial structure is exactly the kind of puzzle a general contractor should relish — and we did.

Nine years later, as industry needs shifted, Corus called us back to renovate three of the studios. Commercial clients hire us twice — once for the building, and again for whatever comes next.
