We were fortunate to work with owners Leon & Kim Sabourin on this award-winning, stunning home on the banks of the St. Lawrence. The 4,920 square foot, two-storey home — along with an adjacent guest house — was designed to take full advantage of the magnificent view and to encompass the owners' unique ideas and needs.
An in-ground pool, hot tub and layered stone landscaping make the transition to the river's edge look seamless. And the one-of-a-kind features run right through the house: a curved roof, a wood-fired pizza oven, a wine cellar, glass railings and radiant heated floors, to name a few.
Homes like this are why we build custom — no template could have produced it, and no two clients will ever ask for it twice.
